Notation Based on the Specified Commercial Transactions Act
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions define the usage conditions for the EC site (hereinafter referred to as "the Site") operated by We Connect (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). By using the Site, users are considered to have agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Definitions
The terms used in these Terms and Conditions are defined as follows:
- "User" refers to all individuals who use the Site.
- "Products" refers to leather products and related items sold on the Site.
3. Eligibility
The Site is available to individuals who agree to these Terms and Conditions.
4. Orders and Contracts
4.1 Users can select products on the Site, fill in the required information, and place an order.
4.2 A sales contract is considered to be formed when the Company accepts the order and sends a confirmation email.
5. Payment
5.1 Payment for products will be made using the method specified by the Company.
5.2 Available payment methods include shopify payments.
6. Shipping
6.1 Shipping will be carried out by a shipping carrier designated by the Company.
6.2 Shipping fees will be determined according to the Company’s separate fee schedule.
7. Returns and Exchanges
7.1 Returns and exchanges are accepted only for unused products within 7 days of receipt.
7.2 Returns and exchanges for reasons of customer preference cannot be accepted.
7.3 In the case of defective products or incorrect shipments, the Company will cover the shipping costs. Products returned before requesting a return will not be accepted.
8. Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from engaging in the following actions:
- Interfering with the operation of the Site
- Infringing on the rights of other users or third parties
- Engaging in actions contrary to laws or public order
- Any other actions the Company deems inappropriate
9. Intellectual Property Rights
The intellectual property rights for the text, images, designs, and other content on the Site belong to the Company or the rightful owners.
10. Disclaimer
10.1 The Company does not accept any responsibility for damages arising from technical issues or other reasons related to the operation of the Site.
10.2 The colors and textures of products may appear different from the actual products due to the settings of the user’s device.
11. Handling of Personal Information
The Company will handle users' personal information in accordance with the separately specified Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to Terms
The Company may modify these Terms and Conditions as necessary. The revised Terms will take effect when posted on the Site.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kyoto District Court as the court of first instance.
