- Domestic shipping: A flat rate of 600 yen per order. Free shipping for orders over 15,000 yen.
- International shipping: A flat rate of 3,000 yen per order. Free shipping for orders over 30,000 yen.

Delivery Time
Products will be shipped within 3 business days after confirming the order.
Note: Some products may require 10-14 days for production after receiving the order.
Delivery Method
The shipping method will be specified by our store, and customers cannot choose their preferred shipping method.
Date and time preferences for delivery cannot be accepted in principle.
Returns, Defective Products, and Cancellations
- Returns and exchanges are accepted only for unused products within 7 days after receipt of the product.
- Returns or exchanges due to customer preferences will not be accepted.
- If the product is defective or there is an error in delivery, we will cover the shipping fees. Products returned before a return request is made will not be accepted.
