1. Shipping Fees
For domestic shipments, a flat rate of 600 yen applies for each order. Free shipping is available for orders over 15,000 yen.
For international shipments, a flat rate of 3,000 yen applies for each order. Free shipping is available for orders over 30,000 yen.
2. Shipping Method
The shipping method is determined by our store, and customers generally cannot select a shipping method. We also do not accept requests for specific delivery dates or time slots.
3. Shipping Days
For domestic shipments in Japan, the delivery is typically completed within 2 to 3 days after dispatch. However, in remote islands, it may take 3 to 4 days. Please note that in areas affected by natural disasters or large-scale events, delivery times may vary. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
4. Disclaimer Regarding Delivery Delays
Delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions or circumstances with the delivery service provider. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
5. Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons related to customer preferences, so please be aware of this in advance.
In the rare case of receiving a defective product, please contact info@we-connect-online.com within 7 days of receipt and return the item via freight collect. We will either exchange it for a non-defective item or issue a refund.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as when it was received, unused, complete with all parts, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
Products returned before requesting a return will not be accepted.

7. Damages During Shipping
While we take great care in packaging to avoid any damage or dents to the outer box, once the product is handed over to the shipping carrier, issues such as damage or mishandling during transportation may occur.
We kindly ask for your understanding if there are minor dents or scratches on the outer box that do not affect the use of the product.
