▶ Damages and Issues
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons related to customer preferences, so please be aware of this in advance.
In the rare case of receiving a defective product, please contact info@we-connect-online.com within 7 days of receipt and return the item via freight collect. We will either exchange it for a non-defective item or issue a refund.
Please ensure the item is in the same condition as when it was received, unused or unworn, complete with all parts, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
Products returned before requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that customers who frequently refuse delivery, have long-term absence, or cancel orders may have their access to the website restricted.

▶ Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Customized items (such as special orders or personalized products) cannot be returned. If you have any questions, please contact us.
▶ Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status. If the return is approved, a refund will be automatically processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that the bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
